Letters 2 Learn sells physical educational products, including 3D-printed products made from PLA filament.

Products are intended for educational use, including use by parents, caregivers, educators, and tutors with their own children or students.

Purchasing a physical product gives you ownership of that physical item. However, purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the product's design, artwork, or other underlying materials.

You may use purchased products for their intended educational purpose, including:

  • Use with your own child or children

  • Use with your own students in a classroom setting

  • Use during individual or group tutoring sessions with your own students

1.2 Intellectual Property

All product designs, artwork, text, graphics, photographs, branding, and other original content associated with Letters 2 Learn are the intellectual property of Letters 2 Learn or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not give you ownership of or rights to reproduce the underlying design.

Unless you have received express written permission from Letters 2 Learn, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or recreate our product designs

  • Scan, digitize, or reverse engineer our products for the purpose of reproducing the designs

  • 3D-print or manufacture copies of our products

  • Reproduce our designs for commercial purposes

  • Resell unauthorized reproductions or copies of our products

  • Modify or adapt our designs for the purpose of creating products for sale or distribution

  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, branding, or other proprietary notices associated with our products

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using a purchased physical product for its intended educational purpose.

1.3 Unauthorized Reproduction

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, scanning, 3D printing, manufacturing, distribution, or sale of products based on our designs may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND 3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS

2.1 3D-Printed Products

Our products are manufactured using 3D-printing technology and PLA filament.

Due to the nature of the 3D-printing process, individual products may have minor variations in appearance, texture, dimensions, and finish. These variations may include visible layer lines, minor surface imperfections, slight variations in colour, or other characteristics associated with 3D printing.

Minor variations that do not affect the functionality or intended use of a product are not considered defects.

2.2 Colour and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colours on the Site. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the characteristics of the PLA filament.

Accordingly, the colour of a product may vary slightly from the colour displayed on the Site.

2.3 PLA Material

Products are made from PLA (polylactic acid) filament. PLA may soften, deform, or otherwise be affected when exposed to sufficiently high temperatures.

Products should be stored and used away from excessive heat and should not be exposed to conditions that may cause the material to deform or deteriorate.

2.4 Intended Use and Product Care

Products should be used only for their intended educational purpose and in accordance with any product-specific instructions or warnings provided on the Site or with the product.

Users should inspect products before use and discontinue use if a product becomes cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged.

Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by young children.

Products are educational tools and are not intended to be used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

2.5 Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate. However, minor differences may occur due to the 3D-printing process and differences in product photography or display settings.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or other Site content.

3. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Products sold through the Site are intended for educational purposes only.

Learn 2 Read and Letters 2 Learn do not diagnose dyslexia or any other learning disability.

Our products are not intended to replace professional assessment, diagnosis, intervention, treatment, or instruction provided by qualified professionals.

Individual student progress and outcomes will vary and cannot be guaranteed. The effectiveness of any product may depend on factors including how the product is used, the individual student's needs, and the instruction provided.

We encourage parents, caregivers, educators, and tutors to seek appropriate professional assessment and support where concerns regarding a child's learning or development exist.

4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

4.1 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or an error has occurred in the product listing or pricing.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled product will be refunded.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where required by applicable law.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Payments are securely processed through Wix and its applicable payment providers.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The return shipment must originate from a Canadian address, as we currently ship within Canada only

Minor variations in appearance, texture, colour, dimensions, or finish that are inherent to the 3D-printing process do not, by themselves, qualify as defects.

5.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, is defective, or is materially different from its description, please contact us at letters2learn@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order information and, where applicable, photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued once a returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Products returned in used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition, or returned outside the applicable return period, may not be eligible for a refund, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Letters 2 Learn reserves the right to refuse a return or refund in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of these Terms, or fraudulent activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Letters 2 Learn is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or shipping carriers.

If you believe your package has been lost or is significantly delayed in transit, please contact letters2learn@gmail.com for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with resolving the issue; however, any resolution may be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable shipping carrier.
